Kudos to you for delivering such awesome shoes, I am loving them and hope they are as well, but this breakin is a bit difficult, however, I am hopeful that it will settle soon.
On a serious note however, Thank you for being so understanding and suppotive, firstly you entertained all my queries so thoroughly and bear with me for thousand questions that I asked. And then when I told you the fitting was not perfect, you acted swiftly and replaced them with exactly what I needed, without any hassle or fuss. And I spoke to someone at Blkbrd on phone, he entertained every time.
This was my first pair of handmade shoes, a big deal for me, thank you for turning into a sour one, but rather a delightful one.
I will try to order again soon, will save for it😉.

I recently ordered a pair of Oxfords, and Sandeep (the co-founder) was very respectful, taking the time to ask about my shoe size and preferences. The quality is excellent for the price.
The customer service was on point, the order process was a delight. I got it earlier than initially thought. No concerns with Canada shipping but had to pay extra customs so just a note for similar buyers. I love the shoes and it adds a classic look to my set. Will certainly buy another pair soon. The fit is shockingly accurate to the point it fits like a glow without hurting. Will last for a long long time
Again, gotta comment on the OCEANO last: so comfortable! I love it, it's probably perfect for an Oxford. Since an Oxford is normally formal and tight, you'd think they'd be uncomfortable, but because the OCEANO last has a nice almond shape, the comfort level is up there with a daily-wear shoe.
I have no clue why this particular style is cheaper than the other black wingtips on the site, but the craftsmanship is still there. If you're wondering, the tip of the W is clean, not dull and frayed. The soles were nice ... but I probably should've requested a fiddle-back waist on these though, and maybe metal toe taps too to increase their formal quality. But the uppers are nice (thick and yet soft), and whoever is doing the finishing shine polish certainly knows what he is doing.
WELL WORTH IT. You can't afford to NOT get a pair of BLKBRD shoes.
Edit: I totally forgot to mention, I ordered these as one pair of four total, and they all four arrived in a little over a month. SOLID timeline for custom made shoes!
