At BLKBRD, our goal is to ensure every client is completely satisfied with their purchase. Because each pair of shoes is handcrafted with care, we have set policies to balance customer convenience with the artisanal nature of our work.

Eligibility

All Ready-to-Wear (RTW) and Made-to-Order (MTO) shoes are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with packaging intact.

Customized Shoes: All sales are final. However, they may be exchanged only in cases of sizing issues or quality concerns.

How to Return or Exchange

Please email us at info@blkbrdshoemaker.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once we confirm your request, we will share detailed return instructions.

Returns without prior email notification will not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days of receiving your return. Depending on your bank, funds may take up to 10 business days to reflect.

Condition of Items

Returned shoes must be unworn and unused, with no creases, scuffs, or marks.

We recommend trying shoes only on a carpeted surface until you confirm the fit.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

If a product is deemed defective upon inspection, BLKBRD will cover the full cost of return and replacement.

Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Import duties, VAT/GST, and applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid in accordance with local regulations.

If an international shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties/taxes, or failure to accept delivery, all applicable return shipping fees, duties, and taxes will be deducted from your refund.
