I found about BLKBRD from a few YouTubers well known in the boot community. I ordered this pair as my first purchase. It took a slightly longer that the estimate time to arrived , but nothing concerning specially when is an MTO boots.

First impression, the boots are great! Attention to detail is obvious when you are looking at the boots. I didn’t notice any imperfection, stitching is consistent and craftsmanship is on point.

I been using the boots more than a few times and they are comfortable. Minimum break in. I don’t know that type of leather is on this boots. The leather is soft and in general it is wrinkling a bit. However, it doesn’t bother me. I am not talking about the natural creases of boots.

Overall this boots are exceptional. If you are on the fence on buying them, you shouldn’t. You will not regret it. From the quality, price point, wait length to get the boots and customer service, BLKBRD is an excellent choice.

Obviously, this is my first experience dealing with BLKBRD. I do had a bit of a hiccup in my order. Nonetheless, BLKBRD team and co-founder communicated respectfully and promptly with me and offered me reasonable solution to solve my issue.

For me this speaks volumes to their commitment to their craftsmanship, products and care to their customers.

I happy with my purchase. In fact I just ordered another pair. I will posted how that goes.

The boots are comfortable straight of the box, something not usually found in traditional hand-welted shoes which needs to be broken in. Very pleased with the quality and craftsmanship!
