Unexpectedly phenomenal

I’m thoroughly impressed with the quality from BLKBRD. I was initially unsure since it was my first purchase and I had concerns about sizing. My first pair ended up being too large, but after reaching out to the company, they quickly resolved it and shipped out the correct size within two weeks. If anything they need to work on is labeling the boxes correctly and a shipping the extra size insoles without having to be explicitly reminded to do so. I couldn’t be happier with the fit and craftsmanship of the shoes, and I’m already looking forward to adding more pairs to my collection in the coming months.
