They came soft (no breaking period) very nice packaging, construcción very good, nice colors and exactly how I asked (brass metal toe, vibram sole) on the 3 pairs, for the price they are a solid purchase, if they rise the price the leather must improve it’s the only “weak” point, but for the price they are excellent for a daily rotation.
Pros: The shoes have amazing construction for the price. The last is traditional, yet modern : not ultra sleek, which IMO is the perfect balance. Leather quality looks pretty good in this range.
Cons: Poor customer service over WhatsApp, communicating with them has been a real challenge. I sent my exact foot measurements, since this was a customised pair. Yet the UK 6.5 pair I received has some heel slippage (even after inserting the extra pair of insoles provided) & little too roomy at the sides of the footbridge. Not sure why they couldn’t nail the fit even with my exact measurements.

Finish and product is good. I got the right size for my foot. Only minor heel slippage while walking.
I ordered the Aura penny loafers and upgraded the leather to Zonta Italian Full Calf Leather. Sent my measurements through whatsapp and the process was seamless. Great communication. The shoes not just look good but are incredibly comfortable. Look forward to owning more pairs of BLKBRD Shoes.
