Shoes is great but slippery

I have been using the shoe for last 3 months. It's very well made and holds good so far. However being leather sole , it's extremely slippery while walking in a tiled floor and standing in a escalator(without steps) . It is better if they add rubber strip on both front and back as well for better grip..
