While these shoes appear to be well-constructed on the surface, my overall experience has been deeply frustrating due to significant design and communication issues.

The biggest problem started with sizing. The sizing advice I received on WhatsApp was completely wrong, and every time I tried to ask a follow-up question, they insisted I pay first. When the shoes finally arrived, they were the incorrect size, leading to the heel constantly slipping. A major design flaw is the toe stiffening material—it's so long that it digs into my toes, making it painful to bend my feet.

For the price, the leather quality is nothing special; it feels pretty ok. What's worse is the company's customer service. Once the shoes were delivered, they took no responsibility for the problems, and communication completely stopped. It was a really disappointing experience from start to finish.

I bought the Fenrir in black pullup leather with 3 eyelets. Big thank you to Pradeep for guiding me with the right design/customisation, fit and leather option, and also Mukul for giving helpful updates on order status, tracking. Custom made boots delivered within 3 weeks and fit great from first wear!
I am amazed by the build quality of these boots and would certainly recommend them to everyone!

The chukka boots look great. They fit surprisingly well, better than any of my other shoes. This is my first Blkbrd purchase. It will not be my last.

I love the style and the quality. However, after a few weeks, my heel still slips in them and they seem a little big. Could I have a cobbler add another lace hole?
