Bought a pair for my father’s birthday. When they arrived the packaging was simple and elegant and the shoes were even better in person than the photos. The shoe was a bit tight and after speaking with black bird they immediately sent out a new insole which sorted things out. My Dad is very impressed with the shoes, saying it’s comfortable, goes with a wide variety of day semi formals and he gets compliments about them. I’m very happy with my purchase and will definitely be buying more in the coming months.

It's the most perfect shoe I've ever worn that's made for my feet. (Once I get it on!!!)

It's absolutely a task to wear it as the holes for laces are just too small and they won't budge unless a lot of pressure is applied.

My order number is BLKBRD5608. The size is a bit small for me, so I would like to exchange it for a size 9, in the same model.

They are pretty good and comfortable hope they could be a little softer
