Even after giving the measurements the shoe was very tight. I thought it was a day 1 problem but that’s not the case. How can this be resolved ?

The shoes came to be very lovely and comfortable like I expected but not the service, I have ordered as I live in Japan the extra shipping fees was already at the time of checkout but I got the shoes and they said to pay the shipping fees and other things again. As the delivery person was doing what he was asked to do. So I claimed the shoes and contacted the support team and there was no response no response for mails, their what's support or what so every. The person Pradeep Par, has not even informed anything about this. How can there such less responseble with the customer after paying such high price. Was really not expecting this. I was so excited about delivery but had a very huge disappointed.
