I'm extremely happy with every aspect of this order. Shoes were ordered on 27th of July, BLKBRD team contacted me soon after placing order to confirm sizing. As promised shoes were done within 2-3 weeks timeframe and sent on 13th of August.
Communication was good, during the shipping time BLKBRD customer support on Whatsapp and BLKBRD office team on e-mail were really kind and helpful!
Shoes I received were excellent quality especially considering their price (even with shipping and duties included). Shoes were packed in separate bags, package included BLKBRD shoehorn and additional leather-foam insoles. As for the sizing I would say they're mostly true to size. Based on the size chart they provided right size for my foot length was EUR 43 but as I often wear shoes that have slightly more room and are not snug fit I opted for a half size larger. That size was perfect (not loose or tight in any spot)and shoes were really comfortable on the first wear.

In my opinion, this is the best price-quality ratio. There are small imperfections on the leather, but in everyday life you never notice them.
These are my first BLKBRD shoes and unfortunately I got the size slightly wrong and they were a bit big. However, they came with an extra pair of insoles and with them the fit was good.
The packaging is also top-notch. Each shoe comes in a separate bag and includes a shoehorn.
The built quality and the leather quality is absolutely fabulous and it’s very comfortable with a meticulous finish and great craftsmanship. I’m so happy and proud and Indian brand and deliver this kind of quality. Thank you so much, keep growing.
