Fast delivery, product uses high quality materials, but it came with issues. Leather was pierced and cut on two places. Sad for boots that cost me 270 euro...
I know the damage is small but you would expect a pristine product when you order something new but clearly it was done during the manufacturing and it went past quality control because it either does not exist or it was overlooked since it would cost them too much to make a new shoe and discard the damaged one.
Issue was not caused during delivery because the box was not damaged.
Anyways, i would give them another chance, but EXPECT that this may happen on your order aswell...

The Horween Leather is absolutely incredible and the fit is nice. I wear a size 9.5 US and received a 41 EUR size. I’d order a half size down my next pair.
The opportunity cost is incredible for the price - Highly Recommend.
