My second pair of boots and after alot of consideration I decided to go with BLKBRD instead of Thursday Boots. Why? Because they had a more personal feel, a sense of craftsmanship rather than just the nametag of goodyear welted boots. The fact that they not only look and feel so much better, but small things like shoe bags, shoe horn, extra insoles all make that experience so much better! Now looking at some shell options they have recently added, I am so keen to give them a try!
I have size 11 feet. After discussing with representatives and sharing my foot size it was determined that a size 11 shoe in the Dixon would be correct. Upon receiving the boot it appeared that a size D comes in very narrow. The shoe is unwearable and I had to give them away. It wasn't worth going through the return process.
These were my first pair of boots with BlkBrd, and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve received numerous compliments and have since bought a few more pairs of other boots through them. Service is wonderful and the quality is well beyond the price point!
