I was hoping to get a better fit with their hand made shoes. I sent them specific measurements and after en extended delay to receive they sent me off the shelf sizing. When I told them it was tight they told me to take the insoles out which is absurd. I paid to have them stretched and hoped they would "break in". They still are tight and I would not recommend them for the money I spent
